As an experienced general contractor, we can evaluate your project to put together a team of professionals to improve the building performance of your house.  You can do a whole house retrofit approach or only concentrate on area(s) that need improvement.

Our full diagnostic service evaluates your structure’s performance, identifies inefficiencies, and prioritizes cost-effective improvements.

Our team can include:

• Architect well versed in the “Building Science” approach to assist with putting together a retrofit Plans and Scope of Work.
• Air Quality Consultant to assist with air testing to determine the air quality of your house.
• Mold Consultant to assist with identifying concerns with mold and, if needed, providing a work protocol to abate.
• Abatement Subcontractor to remediate the presence of mold in the crawlspace or within the building structure.
• Building Envelope Testing to determine how leaky your house is.
• HVAC Designer to assist with providing a HVAC plan customized for each unique project. Plans include sizing and specifying HVAC equipment, adding dehumidification, and drawing up plans for recommended supply and return locations.
• HVAC Installer to assist with the installation of any HVAC improvements.
• Crawlspace and Drainage Retrofit Team to retrofit crawlspace areas and bringing the crawlspace into the building’s envelope. We can also provide improvements to the exterior drainage of the house; shedding water away and not into crawlspace.
• Attic Retrofit Team to retrofit the attic and bring the attic into the building envelope.
• Other Parts of the Team to implement any Scope of Work and Design Upgrades. Other team members include, but not limited to Insulation, Carpentry, Framing, Roofing, Windows Vendors and Installation, Etc.
